I am Desiree Riggs; the proud founder and owner of Actively Becoming Better Always A.B.B.B.

I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana.  I received my bachelor’s degree in 2004 from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois at the age of 38.  In 2017, I received my MBA in Human Resources Management from Strayer University at 51 years of age.

After several years in management and providing directions to fellow team members, I still did not feel that I was living or working in my purpose. I prayed daily to God and asked what it is he wanted me to do with the life he has given me. Through coaching and mentoring I received my answer, it was to take my insight, knowledge, passion, education, and experiences to become a “life coach”.  My desire to serve, motivate, and elevate individuals, “Actively Becoming Better Always, LLC”, became a reality. I received my certification as a “life coach” in November 2018, from Life Coach Training Institute.  Actively Becoming Better Always (A.B.B.A.) is here to assist any individual to reach their goals, live on purpose, fulfill life’s objectives, or simply to help navigate their direction in life.

I am a devout Christian. I have four daughters and five grandchildren.  I currently reside in Katy, Texas.  My goal as a life coach is to help others realize their potentials and dreams.
